There are online courses offered by The Travel Institute. I’m not sure how much they run any more but there is a cost to it. It is a course where you study at your own pace. The final is a 50 multiple choice question and 3 essay test and is proctored. When I did it the courses were very accessible and they worked with me that if I had needed more time than the allotted time for the test that I could have it, but I had to request the accommodation before I set up the test date and time. The one draw back to working as an agent, not all the booking sites are accessible with screen readers. The same holds true for a lot of the cruise line trainings, but if you have someone sighted that is willing to read for you it is possible.
