The time is... pretty much upon us.

I'll be leaving for Dallas on Thursday, and I know my NFB of Texas support
team will start rolling in shortly thereafter.

Thank you for your help, and for your decision to attend convention, if you
are able to make it this year. Remember, you can find lots of helpful
information through our website, and Newsline.

I hope to see those of you who are in town Saturday morning and available at
our Texas Caucus at 9:00 AM.

Also, please remember why we make this trip each year. This is not just a
cheap vacation. Please register once you get there if you have not already.
We have 198 Texan's preregistered, so that is a great start. I have the
list, and I can check it twice. Please officially join your federation
family and the convention by paying the very reasonable registration fee.
Then, sit proudly with your delegation during general sessions please. You
do not want to miss inspirational speeches, up-to-the-minute news and
information, or a fantastic door prize!

As the hosting affiliate we have a lot to be proud of, and a lot of
accountability. I would be very sad to be sitting at the flag with a bunch
of mostly empty rows behind me.

You will especially want to be in attendance on Thursday-- I cannot say
more, but get ready to cheer!

That is it, I hope everyone has safe travels and I look forward to seeing
you in Dallas!!
