Also note that today is the last day to make reservations with Ground
Shuttle, this service picks up at either Bush or Hobby airport and takes you
to the Holiday Inn Beaumont. A round trip convention rate is available with
this service for $40.00, you can call them at: 409-951-9636 you must mention
the NFB to get the convention rate though. For all other information, please
see Mrs. Crosby's message below.

Hello Everyone.

 

Well, this is it. Today is the final day to reserve a hotel room at the
Holiday Inn, and it is also the final day to arrange transportation from the
Greyhound station in the Beaumont area to the hotel. I will be finalizing
transportation arrangements with the hotel shuttle service soon, and I must
have your information so that I can get you to the hotel on either Thursday
or Friday, and back to the bus station on Sunday. Please let me know your
plans today if you are riding Greyhound. I don't need information from those
who are using other forms of transportation.

 

Again, I will need to know when you are scheduled to arrive in Beaumont, how
many people are in your party (including their names), whether any people in
your party are using a service animal, and when you are scheduled to leave
Beaumont. You only need to supply this information to me if you want to use
the free transportation we have arranged from the Greyhound station to the
hotel. If you have made other arrangements, there is no need to contact me.

 

I really appreciate everyone's cooperation, and I look forward to seeing you
all in Beaumont. If you haven't made your hotel reservation, the number is
