[Txabs] TABS Business Meeting Registration Reminder

Dear Friends,

As your friendly neighborhood all-things-TABS administrator, I would like to
remind those of you students and related professionals who are attending our
state convention that TABS will be holding our annual business meeting that
first night of convention. We will meet Friday November 9, 2012 in the Port
Arthur Room, the meeting will be called to order promptly at 7:00 PM, we've
got a jam packed and totally action filled agenda prepared, and we're so
thrilled about it! We hope you are as well!

However, we would like for you to make your life and ours a little easier,
in order to run for a position on our board, or to be able to vote you must
be a TABS member. It's very easy to become one, all you have to do is
register with us, and pay your $5.00 dues! This year, thanks to the awesome
work of our webmaster, Mr. Thomas Stivers, we have made it even easier for
you to accomplish this task. You can preregister today! Avoid a line, just
walk up to our table, give us your name and your money, and you're done! You
don't even need to pay when you register online, just be sure to bring cash
with you when you check in with us at the meeting, see? Super easy! Take
advantage of this convenient method and preregister for our meeting today!

As an added incentive, if you preregister before November 7, your name will
be entered twice into our door prize drawing that will be happening
throughout the night. I have already started brailing name cards for the
door prize drawing, make me Braille yours out too, preregister!
