Hi everyone,

I am excited to share the information with you about our upcoming
fundraiser for the Texas Association of Blind Students. Please feel
free to share this with all of your friends and family in and around
Austin.

The Texas Association of Blind Students will be holding our next
fundraiser in our great city of Austin. It will be on Saturday October
29th from 10:00am-2:00pm at the track field at Cook Elementary School
( 1511 Cripple Creek Drive) So, the question is…how will the funds be
raised? Well my friends, you can support by paying $10 per student and
$15 per non student and walk, jog, run, skip, hop or rol. As many
times as you want around the track. We will have music playing and
provide snacks and water for all attendees. This event is for
everyone, so please bring yourself, your friend, spouse, family, kids,
hair stylists, managers, neighbors, coworkers, dog walkers, random
strangers ( if they are safe), blind, sighted, you get the point. Our
goal during this Meet the Blind Month is to show that we as blind
people participate in healthy living and to spread awareness of that
fact.
The track is at the back of the elementary school, so please arranged
your transportation accordingly.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me at
