[TXABS] Students Familiar with dvR Process in texas

Hello,
If you are at Texas residence and are planning to attend a public university, then you qualify for the tuition waiver. VR will not assist as much as the word if you were an undergraduate. I was able to get a laptop with Jaws when I attended Texas State University for my masters degree.
