Yes Ashley, VRC is Virginia Rehab Center. Folks if you have not went there I highly recommend you have chance to visit the place and meet some great people like Mike Fish I don't know if y'all know who that person is Mike Fish is the Tech guy in the Rehab center and he's a great guy.
