Not a problem. It’s always a pleasure to hear from other peoples and their experiences. Personally, I rarely bought textbooks for my classes when I was at NOVA or at Radford tbh. I was lucky enough to make friends with my classmates who would hare their textbooks. When it came to notes or print outs I was thankful to have enough vision to see them back then. Now, though I’m stressing the use of Braille at NOVA. 

I use a Mac Air and Surface Pro Notebook for school since the Manassas Campus lacks an updated version of JAWS. It’s a real hassle to use JAWS on their desktops.
