Hello VABS
The National Association of Blind Students needs your feedback! Have you
ever had an issue with an inaccessible instructional material? Has your
instructor or college ever dragged their feet with providing you textbooks?
Have you ever had your grades suffer because of it? Write a letter and let
us know. For our Washington seminar, Virginia is responsible for providing
at least 5 testimonial letters of a time where they had an accessibility
problem. Congress, the Senate, and other elected officials want to know why
they should invest their time in worrying about accessibility, so give them
a reason to make moves. Send me a letter, detailing and outlining your issue
with accessibility. If you don't know how to word this letter, no worries! I
told you all before that I charge for essays and letters, but you can get a
free discount (just kidding I don't charge). Send me a message if you want
help with a letter and we can make it happen.
If you have never had a trouble with accessibility, no problem. Send me a
letter stating you have had no problems with it and we can make it into a
letter stating that therefore students should have accessibility with no
problems or questions because it could make blind students' jobs a lot
easier. I hope to hear from you all with a letter. Let's continue to prove
how great VABS is.
Thanks
