Greetings VABS
I hope that you are doing well. I am beginning this thread to start
finalizing the student agenda for the 2017 NFB of Virginia State Convention.
Look at this schedule and make sure that you remember you're a member of
VABS and student programming is a priority. I have had students come to
convention in the past and see a girl or guy they like and run off to
attempt to make something happen. When that happens, sad things occur, like
Robert eating their pizza. Just saying. Anyway, look and let me know what
you think.

9am-11:30am: Self-Defense Youth Track Collaboration
Bring your game face, sweat pants, and Bruce Lee moves because VABS is
getting physical. This self-defense course will teach practical self-defense
so that in the event danger is at your doorstep you can act freely, move
swiftly, and be free of all bodily harm.
Please keep in mind, we will be having our fundraiser the whole time that we
are at convention. I will start a different thread about that in a day or
so. Also, please stay tuned for more updates. If there is anyone that would
want to speak as a panelist on one of these discussions, please let me know.
I am glad to let you take the bull by the horns and teach the group
something.
