[VABS] VABS 2017 Student Programming Schedule (Tentative)

Sounds like your going to have a good student track at convention this
year.  Sadly due to travels around that time I can't make it this
year, but if I can help at all with planning or anything, feel free to
reach out, my number hasn't changed.
