[VABS] Vabs Board Elelections 2023

Good evening, Vabs! We hope you are doing well. As we near the start of our
2023 National Federation of the Blind of Virginia state convention, we are
getting ready for the elections for the board of the Virginia Association
of Blind Students! This year, anyone who is looking to run for a board
position must submit an application by 11:59 pm Saturday, October 28. This
is a hard deadline as we need to be able to send out the ballot for
potential candidates before November 2nd, so that convention attendees
(must be attending convention in person to vote/run) have time to look over
the candidates’ information ahead of time. The application can be found

Please answer these questions in a separate document. Note that you don’t
have to be a current Vabs member to run, but you do need to be a current
student. Applications should be emailed to agkelso1222 at gmail.com with the
subject line indicated in the application document. Questions? Don’t
