[VAGDU] Update on Our Meeting with Delta airlines

Dear NAGDU Members & Supporters,

 

                On Friday, February 2, Anil Lewis, Executive Director of the
Jernigan Institutes, and I met with officials from Delta Airlines at their
Atlanta, Georgia headquarters. Though we did not come away with a firm
commitment from Delta to amend their policy, we began what I believe was a
very productive collaboration that will result in a positive outcome. Once
Anil and I have an opportunity to brief President Riccobono on this meeting,
a more detailed narrative of the meeting and our next steps will be shared
with our membership. I encourage everyone to join the discussion on Facebook
