I know of at least one Lansing area potential operator who was not given the opportunity to run this as a temp, one with years of experience and a proven ability to follow the rules, but what does that matter.

Hi Constance,
     I would like an explanation as to why a person that was
doing some PAT was selected to temp the SOS snack bar? We have trained
potentials that need experience and employment and none of them were
contacted. Apparently Mr. Hull selected this person according to Mr.
Essenburg. This now makes the 3rd facility where our potentials were
passed up. In this case it sounds like Mr. Hull is trying to impress
someone. Is it wise to interrupt someone's PAT?
