[vendtalk] BEP Concerns!!!

Hello, Mr. Richardson,

The N.J. BEP Operators, trust me however I can do so much more by not being
on the Committee. Most of the Committee members serve only for new or
additional locations, protection, or other goodies.
I've been working with the Committee for the new Rules and Regs, however
after more then 6 hours of meetings or phone conferences we only discuss how
the new changes will effect the "special Operators" (NFB Members).
The Committee are now working behind closed doors on the "changes" to the
N.J. Rules and Reg.
The Operators will not have a word to say about the Committee's changes and
there will be no "public hearing" on the changes.
The changes will go into the N.J. Register and this web site is not
"Accessible" for a blind person.
There will also be "no" training class for the New Rules and Regs.
However if you are a NFB leader or member you will be exempt from the BEP
Rules and Regs.
There are two National Board members of the NFB Blind Merchants on the
Committee and many other Committee members are NFB members and N.J. State
President who is not a vendor, however he looks the other way.
The NFB has complete control of N.J. and the Director of the N.J. Commission
has no other choice but to cave in and allow the NFB to "Control him.
Nick Gacos "Controls the BEP Committee and they must do what ever he tells
them to do.
If Nick Gacos was a Operator in your state he would "Control you and the
Committee in your state.
Nick Gacos "does not control me" and he will never.
Nick Gacos enjoys the power of "controlling the Committee".
From, Tom Blume

If you have the support of your operators, why don't you run for committee
and make the change rather than resting on the shoulders of Obama.
