We had a discussion on this list some weeks ago about how blind vendors use 
lottery terminals.

Without all the details, New York Lottery received two responses to its 
request and they both include speech.  One is from G-tech, which is the 
current contractor and the other came in from a sub-contractor of Scientific

Games.

The contract will be awarded next month and soon after we will have talking 
lottery terminals in New York.
