Please distribute this email to your members quickly!

 

Attached please find information for blind entrepreneurs and others who care
about the Randolph-Sheppard Act to submit comments to the proposed DoD
vending rule.  Remember, this rule pertains to vending, not troop dining,
and could be a model for future changes to regulations in other federal
agencies.  Comments must be received - not postmarked - by Tuesday March
17th.  Please edit the letter to insert your own information and send it to
the Department of Defense by mail or submit it on-line via the website.
Comments may be transmitted through the Federal Rulemaking Portal at
http://www.regulations.gov. <http://www.regulations.gov/> 

 

If you have any questions, please email me.  Thank you for your help in
getting this letter out to as many Randolph-Sheppard stakeholders as
