I tried to inform everyone but I am sorry that I missed some people.  My 
name is Vicky Underhill, Mike's wife,  I am sorry but Mike passed away on 
July 23,  2011 after a battle with lung cancer.  It has been a difficult 
time for the family .  You can, for a brief time reach our son Patrick at 
the shop at deliver at sbcglobal.net.  Thank you.
