In Idaho we have a 10% set aside after allowable expenses.
Nonallowable expenses, for example, include car insurance and
computers .
The vendors who repair their own machines, call tech support where the
program purchased their machine. Then if a part is needed, we call the
program specialist to order the part and mail it to us. Our program
specialist had a vending business and is very knowledgeable about
trouble shooting problems.
Hope this helps.
