JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Uses knowledge of the Randolph-Sheppard Act to plan, develop and implement programs and objectives for the Business Enterprise Program (BEP) Division in a manner that results in additional opportunities for the blind, program expansion and program growth.

Maintains communication with the Blind Licensed Vendor Committee.

Attends legislative, public and advocacy group meetings.

Coordinates with state, federal and local government agencies to develop and renovate vendor locations.

Provides information for governing board for review.

Manages the budget, procurement needs and staffing needs of the division.

Participates in agency management meetings.
MINIMUM AND ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
A bachelor's degree and relevant program experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
A Master's Degree in Business, Hotel Management, or Vocational Rehabilitation.  Leadership and management experience.
ADDITIONAL COMMENTS:

Candidate must have knowledge of food service and ServSafe procedures.
Substantial travel within the state. Overnight stays may be required.
