[Wasagdu] TSA and IDs

Seems the rumbling is that we can't fly anywhere as Washington IDs are not
recognized as valid proof. Now the Passports Debby has will be recognized.
So if we want successor dogs, or want to fly to Conventions, we have to
follow this controversy of will Washington's ID be recognized so we can fly
on airplanes that is, giggle.
