Dear Federationists,

As we begin a new year, we want to make sure to continue to focus time
and energy on outreach to blind youth. To increase our Federation
regeneration efforts throughout our affiliates, we are holding the
second in a series of youth outreach conference calls. During the calls,
we discuss resources we have encountered, what works, and issues
relating to planning programs for youth. We also review the programs for
blind youth that we have available at the Jernigan Institute. These
calls are for those of you who:

* Facilitate youth programs/activities in your states

* Are interested in starting or building existing youth programs in your
state

* Have a general interest in knowing what kind of youth outreach efforts
are going on within the organization

* Are state presidents interested in learning more about ways to reach
out to blind youth

The first call was very successful, and we are looking forward to
another great discussion! Please join us for the call on Tuesday,
January 26, 2010 at 8:30 PM EST. The number is 800-264-8432 code:
714549.

Please contact me using the information below if you have questions.

Warmest Regards,

Treva
