communication device for him, go to the Prentke-Romich website

They have a range of communication devices, including aural scanning  
and large screen ones. They also have workshops and a system just for  
communication for people with autism.
They will have a representative for your area who can talk with you  
about what you are looking for and work with your speech therapist.
They are also very helpful with finding funding to pay for a  
communication device.

I was very happy with the help they gave us.
