Hi Carol,
No, Justin did not get a fair evaluation, not only that Mrs. Heather
Fritz invalidated their test since it was not supposed
to be used for a blind student, they used the standerdized test and of
course he failed in every area wihtout any accomodations nor
adaptations worst yet that clinical psych. did not even know him she
sat in front of him for 20 mins to come up with profoundly mentally
retarted diagnosis,. that goes to show how incompetent and how uncaring
they really are. the entire team accepted her findings except me and I
told her to leave the room and to purge that statement from her eval.
Yes the Clearbrook assisstant will write up what he has accomplised and
what are her goals are for month to month basis.

Thank you so much for caring and please pray that Justin will be granted
by our district to go to Albright Middle
School which really is a cluster school designed especially for VI
students and they do have regular kids too.

Tina
