It's really awful.  With an unfair evaluation, the conclusion is not 
accurate, and the programming is inappropriate.  Have you thought 
about trying to find someone else to evaluate Justin?  I guess if the 
school will go along with the Clearbrook person's goals, then it may 
not be as necessary.
