[blindkid] 504 or IEP

Hi.  Joli has an IEP.  Her vision is20/400 though on her FVA they scored her at 20/200 but the FVA was without dialation & it was the first assessment of the day.  BTW: Her sunscreen & hat are not mentioned in her IEP.  She is allowed to use them but it's just not part of her IEP.  I was told that was because the sun protection is considered a medical thing and is taken care of by the nurse.

Hi Everyone,

This is a question for those whose children have albinism.  Does your 
child have an IEP or a 504 Plan?  If it's a 504, how was that decision made?
