[blindkid] Purpose of List

A gentle reminder to everybody that the primary purpose of this list 
is to support and assist sighted parents of blind kids.  It is not 
the place for extended discussion and debate on accessibility, 
universal design and the like.  A little discussion, like we have 
had, is fine, but there is no purpose served by extending it.  There 
are better lists for this.
