[blindkid] using IXL

Hi all,

I’m actually a legally blind young adult, not a parent. Anyways, Ihad some questions and believe you all discussed this briefly before. I’m volunteering for a summer camp. Part of the camp uses IXL for math and science instruction. I know little about it other than its self paced and designed to go along with skills students study in their schools; in this case, first to fifth grade.

The kids do this IXL thing several days per week.

So the questions.

Is IXL accessible to jaws? the Braille Note? What does it teach and does it give answers to questions?
I know some students use it for homework but in this case its to reinforce their learning.

I visited the website and cannot figure out its accessibility without actually doing the problems for which I assume you have to have a code.

Thanks.
Ashley
