Although I don't have an answer for the internship question, the friend can visit nfbnet.org, click join or drop mailing lists, click on BlindLaw, fill out the webform, and click the confirmation link sent to their email. 

Note when discussing scores or other potentially personal information that these lists are typically archived and available on search engines.
