[Blindmath] Problems For reading PDF Files off Mathematics

Hi Michael,

Infty Reader would work if we were dealing with images saved as PDF files. I
have encountered some PDF files that have the text which is readable with a
screen reader but things like fractions are laidout visually so if we take a
fraction like 1/2 then 1 will be on one line and the 2 will be on the line
below that.

As far as I know the only thing currently available is the infty-reader 
(www.inftyproject.org) which will do math OCR on the PDF. I do not know 
whether the cost will be an issue though.

I understand there are other projects out there trying to deal with this 
issue but I do not think any of them are yet to the stage of being ready 
for users.
