[BlindMath] Pandoc Powerpoint Conversion

It won't solve the problem for everyone, but if you use NVDA and MathType
to create the math in PowerPoint, it will be spoken and sent to your
braille display in Nemeth code for those using NVDA + MathPlayer.

Note: because the math is an object on the slide, you need to be
careful about ordering just as you would if you had an image on the slide
and wanted it to flow with text in the slide.
