[Diabetes-Talk] Accessible apps for tracking carbs and other things

Personally, I use a combination of the MS Seeing A.I. app and my old ID Mate
which both scan bar codes. The app is decent sometimes not. The ID Mate
unfortunately is no longer manufactured so its questionable how much longer
it will continue working for me.
If the Seeing A.I. app "product" channel of scanning does not give me the
needed product information, I can try doing a straight forward reading of
the text on the package in the app, but that gets confusing. Other option is
to put a call into Aira and getsome sighted help to read off nutritional
info or cooking instructions.
HTH.

Subject: [Diabetes-Talk] Accessible apps for tracking carbs and other things
Hello, I am new to this list. I'm trying to find accessible apps for
tracking package, nutrition, information, carbs, protein, etc. I am a
prediabetic and need some assistance. I would appreciate any input you have.
I use an iPhone with voiceover, and a PC with jaws currently. Thank you.
