Transition from the FreeStyle Libre 3 sensor before Sept 2025

Dear Valued Customer,

We are writing to inform you that we are discontinuing the FreeStyle Libre 3 sensor by September 30, 2025. 

What do I need to do?
If you’re currently using the FreeStyle Libre 3 sensor, please ask your healthcare provider for a new prescription for a FreeStyle Libre 3 Plus sensor.
