I am not sure who this message came from; however, accessibility to Electronic Health Records is a great concern   to this Division and NFB.  However, this is a monumental task and we as a division are in hopes that our members will become involved to aid us in addressing this issue and encouraging the implementation of change.

Companies like Titanium have to cooperate.  Maybe NFB can assist in obtaining cooperation from them?

Titanium is still a problem, the shortcuts does not provide any functionality. I can still not view my schedule or write my progress notes on the program and send them to my supervisors. Our clinic coordinators contacted Titanium but they are not cooperating. We are working out it with the sane method you did, I am writing my notes on word document and clinic supervisors copy them on to the Titanium.
Others are able to do the intakes on Titanium but I am doing it on word again, and others can review the CCAPS results before sessions but I ask the supervisors to access my clients information. I am a PhD student, so my department is really cooperative to find alternative ways for me. If I was working at an agency, any help to make the information accessible for me would extra work load on another person, which turns out to be a disadvantage for employability.
I know persistence is needed for change, but sometimes one may not have any energy to persist. Our clinic supervisors contacting the companies, the disability office has been informed, and the unit working on the accessibility of the Penn State web pages are informed as well. Now I am more focused on to survive the PhD. If any attempt gives a positive result, I will let you know.
