Lisa,

Before looking at this as a conversion process, I would try to find out from
where this material is created.  It is possible that it is created by a word
processor that is accessible.  Does this material change often?  If so, how
is it updated?  If the material is fairly stable, scanning it once or
periodically might be an option if you can't get electronic copies of the
material, but it is likely this document exists in an electronic format
somewhere..
