[humanser] Reading information and clients paper chart

Hi everyone,

Where I work we have paper charts still our client information. Much of the information in these charts are typed. I am wondering how most of you would read this? I am hesitant to use my KNFB READER reader app as well as I wan reading devise I believe it is the iPal ace as I am afraid of breaking confidentiality.  I should be OK as long as I never save items I scan correct?
