[humanser] Dictation

The short answer is yes.  Jaws with a plug-in.  I don’t recall the name of the software package.  I looked into it some years ago and found it too expensive for my pocket.

Is it possible to use Dragon Dictate  and a screen reader at the same 
time? I know nothing about how that would work, or if it would work at all.
