I just learned that the American Counseling Association can provide PDFs 
of some of the titles they sell. ACA asks that the user  orders the 
print copy. Call Carolyn Baker in the publications department at 703 
834-9800. I'm purchasing the new book on cognitive-behavioral therapy.
