I believe Press Reader is of particular interest for blind journalists because it lets us access to the full publications.
because it is a subscription based platform, you won’t see many stories linked to Press Reader on social media.
But it is vital for us to get the best information we can. Today in Argentina on-line editions of newspapers don’t upload all the stories they have in print. Also some of what they post in both formats is shortened on-line because most internet readers prefer short texts. I believe many publications around the world are in the same situation today.
I think all the feedback we can get should be sent to Valerie at the national office. If group testing is needed we may set up a group or a way to interact with NFB staff, but this would happen in the future.
