Gloria,
if this is not a volunteer  position, you may want to volunteer first to 
prove you can handle it all.
If you already did that, use past experience in the interview to prove you 
can and have handled past issues.
What exactly do they ask that are concerns? You might want to ask blind 
social workers who did this.

Hi,
I am not offended or anything by the questions that are asked. I am just
upset that I am not given a chance. It is almost as if the employer has
decided what I can and can not do the minute I walk in the door with my
cane.
