[nabs-l] Important: Replying to posts on list

If you use lists from a variety of sources, then 
this can be different list settings.  On 
nfbnet.org I try to set everything the same, when 
possible to avoid confusion.  HOwever, if you use 
lists from a different source, then they may have 
reply go back to the poster instead of the list.
