[nabs-l] state rehab services requirements

Hi Abigail, What an annoying situation. I definitely suggest
contacting someone high up at the agency. If the forms are
inaccessible, they need to make a reasonable accommodation, such as
allowing you to type your reports into a Word document they can
transfer to their form, or letting you dictate your answers to
someone. Making you use a reader doesn't seem fair or in line with the
purpose of the agency which is to help people with disabilities become
employed.
