[NABS-L] “Speed Reading”

Hi Jonathon,

There's a way to do this with JAWS by using the skim reading tool. The 
way this works is you define the elements you wish to navigate to such 
as highlighted text, bold, underline, text with different 
background/foreground colours with the tool and it then allows you to 
jump to the specific text attributes that you specified. It also 
supports navigation by the first line/sentence of each paragraph. This 
works in web and MS Word documents.
