[nagdu] Pet tags on the beach

Well, my vet used to give out two tags, first the rabies and then the
license. For some reason, stopped giving out the license tag, but does still
issue the rabies tag with a certificate that I would then send into the
county for the license tag. Sounds like a lot of trouble to me. *smile.
