I just feel fustrated that we are focusing our attention on the issue of 
driving when hour current situation in America is still bleak.  It is great 
to dream; let, this be a dream for much later.  Let us still work on access 
issues, full and integrated employment, education, etc.  I think that if the 
stitistics were the opposit, then we could focus attention on something such 
as driving.
