Totally agggreed!  I do know that at NFB centers they have you keepyour dog 
in the room for at least the afternoon.  They say that they encourage you to 
pay attention to the dog.  I have also heard that in some organizations down 
in Arkansas that they go arouhnd and tell you they can get your dog taken 
away at any time!  I heard from a friend of mine that some of the mobility 
instructors were even afraid of dogs and actively discouraged the use of 
them!  Now, whether this do to a certain organization or the institution in 
particular, I can't tell.
