That's interesting.  How can they tell you to keep your dog in a room, yet 
encourage you to pay attention to your dog?  Isn't that contradictory, 
especially in that initial formative time of bonding as a team? 
Additionally, any affiliate hovering over one's shoulder with the threat of 
having the dog taken away?  Whoa!  Really scary stuff.  I'd be interested in 
hearing others' take on this one, especially if they or anyone they knew 
having such an experience.
