[nagdu] Guide Dog Use at national Convention

Hey Rhonda, I hear the ACB convention is in Columbus this year! Even though 
I'm a member of the Federation, I wouldn't mind crashing there convention. 
Especially because I'd like to see what they're guide dog groups are like. I 
probably won't make convention for a few years. First, Florida and Texas are 
not really attractive places to go in the summer. And second, I'm sure not 
rich enough to go! The down side is that I'll probably not meet manyy of our 
members.
