[nagdu] tieing up a guide dog

Hi Darla.
I'm afraid we are still dealing with this nonsense on occasion.  Ginger 
recently posted an article about a massage therapist in Canada being told to 
leave her dog somewhere else.  She had to sue to get her rights, but I'm not 
sure that she got the job back.
