[nagdu] Expressive dog noises

Hi,
Jenny,  my black Lab, is incredibly expressive!  She has quietened down a lot since we finished training last fall, but she is still a talker.  If we're driving on the way to the park, she likes to whine to show her incredible excitement (thankfully she doesn't do this while walking to the park).  If my husband comes home, she knows she's not allowed to get crazy at the door, so she's supposed to go to her bed, which she will do, but she has this plaintive whiny moan that she makes to let me know she doesn't like this arrangement.
if we're playing, she sometimes likes to snuffle and "grrrrr" if she's working hard at a game of tug or a good wrestle.
My two favorites are:
Her "I'm boooooooooored" groan; the longer and louder it is, the more bored she is. It sometimes happens if she's repositioning to get comfortable, but not always. It almost sounds like a snore, because it's so low, but she's wide awake when she does it.
her "take me out!" sound. Sometimes it's a quiet whimper, and other times, if it's URGENT, it's an "Aw-aw-aw" (low-high-low) sound from the back of the throat.  It's funny because people at work tell me, "no no no, she's just yawning!" but I know better.  She makes that sound, I better take her out NOW!

I don't write often, but I just thought I'd share a funny little
story. My golden/lab girl, Fawn, was barking at things outside our
patio door, so I shushed her. She then turned toward me and gave me a
probably 20-second-long speech in dog talk: whining and grumbling all
up and down the register. "But Mooooom, there are kids out there and
they have a ball and I wanna go plaaaaaaay!" It was very amusing, and
I wish I'd recorded it. Does anyone else have dog talk stories?
